The cottage has been sympathetically modernised with modern central heating and sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a front living room with an open hearth comfortable seating TV/DVD. The separate dining room to the rear also has an open hearth dining table chairs and storage space. A door leads into the kitchen with is fitted with gas cooker hob and oven fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave oven. A further door leads to the rear lobby which houses the dishwasher and has doors leading to the rear garden and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower pedestal basin and WC.

Upstairs the front bedroom has a double bed and drawer units while the rear bedroom can be organised as two single beds or one double bed. There is a small washroom cubicle with Saniflo WC accessible to both bedrooms.
